Our rules are not suggestions they are rules, by having these rules it keeps our unit family friendly, protects those who have health issues with smoke, protects those with pet allergies, and provides a quite peaceful environment for our tenants. Number of guest must match number of guest booked. Quiet after 10 p.m. NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions. Property is not safe or suitable for animals. Free parking in the parking lot. However, please lock your car at all times, and do not leave anything of value in the car as we cannot be responsible for any possible theft. Check in time is 4p.m. Check out time is 10 A.M. Please do not ask for late check out we can not accommodate this due to our cleaning teams requirements. Profile Photo must be your face. Not your dog, chin, landscape etc. The name on the booking must be you staying with us, you can not book for someone else. Guest will abide by all applicable noise, housing and public health ordinances and all city fire and safety ordinances.
